Chem-Pak began in 1966 with a small batch and a big belief: that good chemistry goes beyond formulas - it starts with people. Today, we’re a full-service aerosol and liquid packaging partner trusted by companies across North America.

We help brands scale products, navigate compliance, and meet deadlines with a team that still answers the phone, knows your name, and understands what’s at stake in every can we fill.

Core Values
What Guides Us at Chem-Pak?
At Chem-Pak, our values are more than just statements - they are the result of decades of hard-fought survival, perseverance, and principled leadership. Forged from the company’s founding in 1966 by Pete Duane, these values were lived out daily by a man who believed in grit, integrity, and treating people right. They were refined and solidified through the leadership of Randy Duane, and they continue to guide us today under Mike Duane.

These are the values that got us where we are - and they’re what will move us into the future. They are the values that would make Little Pete from Stoney Creek proud. As we grow and change, they remain our compass: a living legacy of our past, and a guide for what’s ahead.
We Do What's Right

Integrity in every action.
We act with integrity. Always. We are guardians of our customers’ products and reputation, treating them with the same care as our own. We take ownership, speak up, and correct what’s wrong. We do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
We Work Together

Respect and collaboration in everything we do.
We believe in the power of collaboration. Under Randy Duane’s leadership, we embraced a culture rooted in respect, teamwork, and shared success. We treat one another with professionalism and dignity, regardless of background, and know that our greatest achievements are only possible when we work together.
We Strive for Excellence

“What got us to today won’t get us to Tomorrow” – Wade Woodrum
We are relentless in our pursuit of excellence. The world around us changes constantly - new technologies emerge, markets shift, and customer expectations evolve. To thrive, we must continuously improve, adapt, and innovate. We embrace progress and hold ourselves to the highest standards, because our future depends on it.

At Chem-Pak, excellence isn’t just an individual goal - it’s a shared commitment. We succeed together as a team, supporting one another while also challenging ourselves to grow and perform at our personal best. Our strength lies in both our collective drive and individual contributions.
We Give It Our All

Grit carries us forward.
Our founder, Pete Duane, built this company on grit, determination, and a refusal to give up, traits forged during his Depression-era upbringing and tested through crises like the fire of 2000. His example inspires us to face every challenge with resolve. We don’t quit. We find a way forward. We persevere.
We Protect & Strengthen the Business
Chevron down icon
Together, for today and tomorrow.
We protect our business because it supports not only our customers and community, but also the many families who depend on us. We take that responsibility seriously.

Every decision we make, big or small, contributes to our ability to provide stable jobs, invest in our future, and navigate whatever challenges may come. That responsibility doesn’t rest on one person or team, it belongs to all of us.

We understand that profitability isn’t just about the bottom line. It is what enables us to grow, innovate, and take care of our people. That’s why we all play a part in making smart, disciplined choices. Whether it’s managing resources wisely, avoiding waste, or thinking long-term in how we work, financial stewardship is a shared commitment across the company.

Strengthening Chem-Pak means protecting what matters most, together.
