Her experience includes workforce development, employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, leadership coaching, and organizational effectiveness across manufacturing, logistics, and staffing environments. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for building strong relationships, strengthening processes, and creating positive employee experiences that support long-term organizational success.

A West Virginia native, Lauren lives in Martinsburg, West Virginia with her son. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors on the water, baking, a good live band, and making memories with family and friends.
