Cassie Nesselrodte is the Quality and Product Manager at Chem-Pak, Inc., where she advocates for products that meet customers' needs in both design and execution. Having worked across quality, process engineering, R&D, and product management, she brings a cross-functional view to product development and manufacturing.
Before joining Chem-Pak, Cassie spent more than six years at Trex Company in Quality, R&D, and Product Management roles. There she guided new products through every stage of development, from the first idea to the shelf. Her work included supplier quality, new product development, commercialization, process improvement, and leading cross-functional projects. Earlier in her career, she held process engineering and laboratory roles in the chemical and coatings industries.
Cassie holds a B.S. in Chemistry and an M.B.A. from Shepherd University.
Outside of work, Cassie enjoys time with friends and family and looking for new experiences. She loves exploring hiking trails, going to concerts, and trying new foods. She also likes picking up new skills, from hand embroidery to the banjo, and whatever creative interest comes next.
