Mike Duane is the Vice President and General Manager of Chem-Pak, Inc. As a third-generation leader, Mike carries forward a legacy of hands-on ingenuity and entrepreneurial spirit that has defined Chem-Pak since its founding.
With a background spanning operations, strategy, and brand development, Mike brings a practical, people-first approach to leadership. He is focused on building high-performing teams, strengthening customer partnerships, and guiding Chem-Pak through a period of modernization and growth.
Mike is passionate about the manufacturing process from concept to commercialization and about helping great ideas become great products. He believes in staying grounded in core values while embracing change.
Mike lives in Winchester, Virginia, with his wife and daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis and chess, and following cycling, triathlon, and wrestling.
