Marina Duane is the Director of Strategic initiatives at Chem Pak, Inc, bringing a diverse background in program development and organizational improvement. She is known for driving cross functional initiatives, building platforms that support effective execution, and helping organizations translate strategy into action.
Prior to joining Chem Pak, Marina held senior roles at nationally recognized research institutions, including the Urban Institute and Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago. She led complex, large-scale initiatives across more than 30 localities, partnering with senior leaders to design new programs, improve operations, and implement data-driven decision making.
At Chem-Pak, Marina supports company growth and modernization by strengthening internal alignment, improving execution, and enhancing how the organization presents and brings ideas to market. She has a strong interest in marketing, presentation, and sales enablement, and enjoys shaping clear, compelling narratives that connect customer needs, strategy, and execution.
Originally from Ukraine, Marina lives in Winchester, Virginia with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and their three cats and enjoying time with friends. She also dedicates much of her free time to fundraising and supporting Ukraine during the ongoing full-scale war.
