Mary-Kate Bishop is the Director of Process Administration and Customer Service at Chem-Pak, Inc., where she plays a key role in shaping scalable business processes, enterprise systems, and a consistent, customer-focused experience.

Mary-Kate began her career in customer service in 2002 and joined Chem-Pak in 2007. Since then, she has held progressively senior roles, including Customer Service Representative and Customer Service Manager, managing customer accounts, coordinating manufacturing schedules, and contributing to new product development.

In 2016, she led business process design for Chem-Pak’s ERP implementation and was promoted to Director of Process Administration and Customer Service. In her current role, she oversees the Customer Service Department, manages ERP system administration, supports cross-departmental alignment, and is project managing Chem-Pak’s newest ERP implementation beginning in 2024. Mary-Kate brings a collaborative, detail-driven leadership style and is passionate about building systems and processes that empower teams, support customers, and enable long-term growth.

Outside of work, Mary-Kate enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking, boating, and fishing.  She and her family often plan their travels around lakes and national parks. She is the proud parent of two teenagers currently in high school and college.

I love hiking and spending time outdoors, both at home and while traveling. We are fortunate to live near the Appalachian Trail and Shenandoah National Park, which gives us the opportunity to explore new trails year-round.
