Andrew Kees is a Maintenance Manager and Engineer at Chem-Pak with more than two decades of leadership experience across manufacturing, aerospace, and industrial environments.
His background includes work as a machinist, six years in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Structural Repair Specialist, nine years as a Maintenance Technician in food manufacturing, and 24 years in maintenance leadership roles. Andrew’s expertise spans equipment and facility maintenance, installation, modification, and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and fabrication disciplines.
Andrew pursued a nontraditional educational path, completing extensive coursework in machine design and electrical studies. Outside of work, he values faith, family, outdoor activities, woodworking, reading, exercise, and time with his grandchildren.
