Randy Duane is the President and CEO of Chem-Pak, Inc., a family-owned chemical manufacturing company based in Martinsburg, West Virginia. As the son of founder George “Pete” Duane Jr., Randy has played a pivotal role in the company’s evolution since its founding in 1966. Under his leadership, Chem-Pak relocated to Berkeley County, West Virginia in 1999 following a facility fire and has since experienced significant growth and modernization.
Randy is known for cultivating a collaborative, team-oriented culture rooted in family values. He has fostered strong partnerships with local organizations including the Berkeley County Development Authority and academic institutions such as Blue Ridge Community and Technical College and WVU’s Industrial Extension.
Outside of work, Randy lives in Winchester, Virginia, and enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and serving as President of the Board at his local country club. His commitment to both business and community continues to shape Chem-Pak’s growth and regional impact.
