Sarah Riggleman is the Customer Service Manager at Chem-Pak, bringing more than 15 years of customer service and relationship management experience. She is known for approaching customer relationships with care, attention, and responsiveness, and for leading her team in a way that enables them to serve Chem-Pak’s diverse customer base effectively. Sarah focuses on building trust, understanding customer needs, and ensuring her team has the tools, processes, and support needed to deliver a consistent, high quality customer experience.
She earned her degrees from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and began her career in commercial printing before transitioning into corporate customer service. Sarah joined Chem-Pak in 2016 as an Account Specialist, later supporting product development before returning to customer service leadership.
Sarah lives in Hedgesville, West Virginia, with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, watching college sports, and traveling.
