Sarah Riggleman is Sales Manager, Contract Accounts at Chem-Pak, where she leads account management and product commercialization and oversees sales and growth in the company’s contract manufacturing business. She brings more than 15 years of customer service and relationship management experience and is known for approaching customer relationships with care, attention, and responsiveness. Sarah focuses on building trust, understanding what customers need, and making sure the teams working with them have the tools and processes to deliver a consistent experience.
She earned her degrees from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and began her career in commercial printing before moving into corporate customer service. Sarah joined Chem-Pak in 2016 as an Account Specialist and has since worked in business development, account management, and customer service. She became Customer Service Manager in 2023, leading the department through a period of significant company growth and playing a key role in product commercialization.
Sarah lives in Hedgesville, West Virginia, with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, watching college sports, and traveling.
