Dave Nesselrodte is the Director of Manufacturing at Chem-Pak, Inc., where he leads manufacturing operations with a focus on developing people, improving processes, and building the structure to support the company’s growth. He has taken on increasing responsibility at Chem-Pak over the years, most recently as Production Manager. With more than 25 years of manufacturing experience, Dave brings a strong focus on operational excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement to support Chem-Pak’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Known for his hands-on approach and dedication to quality, Dave brings practical, floor-level experience to every part of operations. He has worked to improve communication, coordination, and accountability across manufacturing and to find ways to reduce waste and improve efficiency, while supporting the teams and processes that keep Chem-Pak running reliably.
Dave lives in Martinsburg, WV and enjoys spending time with his wife and son. Dave spends his downtime reading, running, going to concerts, and visiting historical sites.
