Stacey Clayton is the Quality Manager at Chem-Pak, where she ensures products consistently meet the company's high-quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives. She leads investigations into quality issues, identifies root causes, and implements solutions to enhance performance and reliability.
Stacey holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University and brings experience across multiple industries, along with a strong analytical and data-driven approach. Since joining Chem-Pak in 2023, she has played a key role in strengthening quality systems and supporting operational excellence.
She is responsible for establishing and maintaining processes that support production efficiency while ensuring compliance and audit readiness across the organization.
Outside of work, Stacey enjoys spending time with her two children. They stay active together and enjoy camping, fishing, and attending sporting events.
