Catherine “Cat” Akley is the Manager of Project Commercialization at Chem-Pak, where she leads the company’s full project portfolio across liquid and aerosol products.
She brings a strong technical foundation in chemistry and deep expertise in project and product management. Since joining Chem-Pak, Cat implemented a streamlined project management system that has reduced project timelines by an average of 90 days and improved cross-functional collaboration.
Cat holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, a Master of Science in Chemistry, an MBA, and is a certified Project Management Professional. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, learning Korean, cross stitching, and traveling. She has visited 30 countries and remains closely connected to her hometown of St. Louis, Missouri.
