Chem-Pak is a third-generation, family-owned contract aerosol and liquid packaging manufacturer with 60 years of operations in Martinsburg, WV. We serve national brands across automotive, industrial, and sporting goods sectors, and we are in the middle of a meaningful transformation: we have made significant investments in our future, including a new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics F&O), expanded facilities, and a growing portfolio of branded products alongside our established contract packaging business. These investments position us for stronger operational efficiency, enhanced scalability, and long-term growth. We need a CFO who brings strategic clarity, operational discipline, and a genuine leadership presence to help us build what comes next.
Why This Role Stands Out
