Shipping and Sales Tax

• Final order amount including shipping and applicable taxes will be communicated following receipt of your order.

• If you are a business and would like to request an open account, download an editable PDF copy of the customer application, fill, and fax it to 304-262-9643.

Special Terms & Conditions

• All Federal Express OVERNIGHT items will incur a $22 hazardous shipment repack fee for 1-12 cases, and a $32 fee for 13-20 cases. COD incurs a $8.50 fee.
